With over 17 years of construction industry experience, I specialize in cost planning and commercial management across both traditional and modular building projects. My portfolio spans traditional, site-based construction projects in Sri Lanka, the Maldives, and Myanmar, and hybrid modular projects (offshore and onsite integration) across Australia, New Zealand, and the United States.
I hold a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying, and professional Chartered memberships in MRICS and MCIOB , and I am currently completing a Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management & Leadership (CMI). My core expertise includes cost estimation, lifecycle costing, contract administration (FIDIC/NZS3916), variation management, and procurement strategy.
In my current role as Cost Controller at TLC Modular, I oversee offshore production budgeting and onsite cost reconciliation, supporting modular apartment and hotel developments from design through delivery. My work integrates digital measurement tools and value engineering practices to deliver cost certainty and strategic alignment.
